RSM US LLP Names Donna Sciarappa Enterprise Client Experience Leader

CHICAGO – (May 1, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – is pleased to announce that Donna Sciarappa has been selected as RSM’s first enterprise client experience leader, effective May 1, 2024.

In this role, Sciarappa will help the firm expand and leverage client understanding to differentiate RSM as a client experience leader. She will foster cross-functional collaboration to align core relationship management processes, rewards, metrics and talent. She will also help the firm’s functions define and develop consistent experiences at critical customer journey points, grounded in the deep empathy for a diverse and changing client population that’s foundational to who RSM is as a firm and the brand promise RSM aspires to deliver.

She is a former RSM US LLP Board of Directors member and currently serves on the RSM US Foundation Board of Directors. She is the national executive sponsor for the firm’s STAR employee network group, which identifies high-performing women and champions their path to partnership.
