RSM Recognized on Forbes’ America’s Best-in-State Employers 2023 List

CHICAGO – (August 31, 2023) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – has been recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best-in-State Employers for 2023. This prestigious recognition is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. This is the second year that RSM has been named to the list, joining other world-class companies, including Amazon, Costco, Marriott, Microsoft, Target and others.

Forbes’ America’s Best-in-State Employers of 2023 were identified based on 2.1 million employer recommendations from employees working for companies with more than 500 employees in the U.S. Recommended employers were grouped into one of 25 industry sectors, including business services and supplies, education, insurance and professional services, among others.

Evaluations were made on a state-by-state basis and are based on three distinct criteria: in-state indirect recommendations, national in-industry indirect recommendations and direct recommendations.

As part of the evaluations, employees were asked to give their opinions on a series of statements surrounding work-related topics such as working conditions, diversity, salary, potential for development and company image regarding their current employers.
