RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – recently announced that Jayna Altman has joined the firm as its Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) technology leader.
RSM’s IMC team works closely with the firm’s business leaders to advance the RSM brand and culture, extend connectivity with the firm’s clients and support overall firm growth initiatives.
In this role, and as a member of the firm’s IMC Executive Team, Altman will advance the IMC technology strategy and accelerate the team’s selection and adoption of technology solutions to ensure operating efficiencies, enhance client and prospect understanding and drive revenue growth. In collaboration with IMC leadership and other RSM stakeholders, she will oversee IMC’s digital transformation efforts, including the development and delivery of technology and related support infrastructure to achieve IMC and enterprise goals.

Altman brings more than 20 years of experience to RSM. She has served in a variety of roles focused on digital technology, data analytics, global growth, financial development and marketing. Altman is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center (CSHC), Junior League and Deaf Kids Code.
Altman graduated with distinction and honors with a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of California, San Diego and continuing education at Stanford University.
