RSM Expands Global Family Office Enterprise by Hiring Bill Bijesse as Tax Principal

CHICAGO – (February 1, 2021) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Bijesse as a family office tax principal.

In his new role, Bijesse will help grow RSM’s global family office practice and establish go-to-market strategies across tax, audit and consulting lines of business. He will focus on best practices, governance, business development and relationship management across the enterprise.

Bijesse has more than 25 years of experience advising many of the world’s leading family offices. In past roles as a chief investment officer and a family office specialist, he identified best practices in family office operating procedures, family governance and investing for family offices. His experience includes serving billionaire family offices, establishing family office best practices, connecting family office leaders, and identifying leading service providers globally. His extensive network includes national and regional family office leadership, centers of innovation and family office collaboration groups.

Bijesse earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy. After his active duty military service, he earned an MBA with a focus on investment management from Harvard Business School. He is based in Boston.
