“We are fortunate to have Jerry’s continued leadership for a second term as RSM board chair as our firm is on an exciting trajectory to continue to solidify our position as the first-choice advisor to middle market leaders globally and to lead the transition to Brian Becker as managing partner & CEO, effective August 31, 2022,” said Joe Adams, managing partner & CEO with RSM US LLP. “As the firm’s international tax leader, Jerry also brings a global perspective to the board and has been a driving force in continuing to enhance our global capabilities and digital transformation to serve clients’ growing domestic and global needs, grow our internationally active client base and create new opportunities for our people. “As chair of the RSM board, my highest priority is the continued evolution and execution of our strategic vision to be the first-choice advisors to middle market leaders globally through the ongoing expansion of our domestic and global capabilities—both organically and through our growing ecosystem of strategic partnerships—and building on our unique and inclusive culture to be the employer of choice for talented professionals in the U.S. and around the world,” said Martin. “We have a tremendous opportunity to help global middle market clients be successful and to provide our colleagues with the tools and opportunities to reach their full potential in a changing work environment. By building on our values-based culture, focusing our global resources to lead the middle market and remaining agile, we will continue to bring innovation, energy and ideas to deliver the power of being understood to our clients, colleagues and communities.
