“As chair of the RSM board, my highest priority is the continued evolution and execution of our strategic vision to be the first-choice advisors to middle market leaders globally through the ongoing expansion of our domestic and global capabilities—both organically and through our growing ecosystem of strategic partnerships—and building on our unique and inclusive culture to be the employer of choice for talented professionals in the U.S. and around the world,” said Martin. “We have a tremendous opportunity to help global middle market clients be successful and to provide our colleagues with the tools and opportunities to reach their full potential in a changing work environment. By building on our values-based culture, focusing our global resources to lead the middle market and remaining agile, we will continue to bring innovation, energy and ideas to deliver the power of being understood to our clients, colleagues and communities.
