CHICAGO – (April 12, 2021) – Great Place to Work® and Fortune have honored RSM US LLP (RSM) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For®. Earning a spot on this prestigious list means that RSM is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® award is based on analysis of survey responses from over a half a million current employees across the U.S. In that survey, 92% of employees at RSM say it is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees in a typical U.S.-based company. RSM’s people said that they are proud to work at a place that cares about what’s happening in the world around them. The firm’s response to the pandemic was cited as an example of how much they care about their employees. RSM is in good company on this year’s list, joining Cisco, Mastercard, Redhat, Salesforce, Target and other notable companies.
