Anju Singh Joins RSM as National Operational Transfer Pricing Leader

CHICAGO – (February 2, 2021) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce the addition of Anju Singh as a senior director. She will serve the international tax practice as the national operational transfer pricing leader.

In her role, Singh will help clients operationalize transfer pricing by using data and automation to evaluate and establish their processes. She brings to the firm more than 20 years of diversified tax and consulting experience working with Big Four firms. Singh is experienced in managing highly complex technology and performance improvement projects for intercompany transaction flows, transfer pricing and the allocation of management fee arrangements. She also has helped with restructuring projects involving either full value chains or parts of the value chain related to tax and transfer pricing, operational structures, and regulatory issues associated with Asian banking and capital markets.

“Many people think of transfer pricing as a tax-only function that needs to be performed only once a year, but I want to shift how we think about transfer pricing,” Singh said. “It’s also a management function because it impacts the financial close process, the global effective tax rate process, customs and VAT. There is a full transfer pricing life cycle, and we will help businesses understand and implement that.”

Singh earned her Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering in India and her MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts. She is based in Silicon Valley.
