Working Mother recently revealed its third annual list of the “Best Companies for Dads,” celebrating organizations that lead in the areas of paternity leave, childcare, flexible schedules and more. RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – was one of the 85 companies recognized on this year’s list.

“Millennial dads continue to be outspoken about wanting to be involved parents and needing support of their companies in to do so,” says Shubha V. Barry, president of Working Mother Media. “These trendsetting organizations strive to create an inclusive environment for all working parents, and we applaud their efforts in helping to erase the stigma attached to men taking full parental leave and utilizing flexible schedules to be more involved on the home front. By doing so, it helps moms succeed both at home and at work, and puts them on more equal footing in the process.”

“At RSM, many of our people are working parents, and we understand the unique challenges those individuals – both moms and dads – face in balancing work/life demands,” said Katie Lamkin, chief talent officer with RSM US LLP. “We strive to create an inclusive workplace where all of our people can thrive, and we’re honored to be included among the Top 10 list of employers being recognized for those efforts in this year’s ‘Best Companies for Dads’ list.”

In addition to RSM, companies included in this year’s Top 10 list include Bank of America, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and others.
