These strategic moves reinforce RSM’s commitment to serving the evolving needs of the middle market with deep experience, innovation and forward-thinking guidance.

Assurance
Wally Gregory has been named RSM’s assurance national office leader. In this new role, Gregory will lead RSM’s national professional standards group and oversee teams responsible for the development and refinement of assurance methodologies. He will also ensure compliance with professional standards, manage the firm’s system of quality management, and uphold internal standards and regulatory requirements for both private and public company audits. Gregory, who joined the firm earlier this year as enterprise regulatory leader in the office of risk management, brings more than 30 years of experience and leadership roles in the accounting and auditing field both in the U.S. and globally.
Tax
Paul Guirovich, formerly RSM’s federal tax service line leader, has been appointed to the newly created position of RSM’s tax strategy and channels leader. In this capacity he will lead the development and execution of the firm’s strategic priorities across the tax line of business to drive growth and opportunity across all channels, while continuing to serve as RSM’s private equity tax leader. With more than 30 years of experience, Guirovich has held many roles, including serving as Chair of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors in 2023.
Ty Doggett, formerly RSM’s tax client experience leader, has been named RSM’s federal tax service line leader, succeeding Guirovich. He will help shape the future direction of RSM’s federal tax practice, facilitating service and growth opportunities across capabilities, service lines and lines of business. In addition to leading the federal tax team, Doggett is responsible for RSM’s Tax Functional Lead (TFL) and client experience efforts, ensuring an integrated and cohesive approach to client and prospect relationships throughout the practice. He will also continue serving as RSM’s retail tax industry group leader.
Consulting
Rick Shriner, formerly RSM’s enterprise business risk consulting leader, has been named RSM’s service line leader for management consulting. In this role, Shriner will lead the advancement of RSM’s unified consulting model, driving integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of the middle market. With more than 20 years of experience, Shriner is known for his ability to energize teams, simplify complexity and deliver future-focused solutions. His leadership will be key as RSM brings the full power of the firm’s consulting services to clients across industries and geographies.
Tauseef Ghazi, formerly RSM’s practice leader for cyber risk and data protection services, has been named RSM’s service line leader for risk consulting services. In this role, Ghazi will lead the continued evolution of the firm’s risk strategy and delivery model, focused on translating complex business risks into digitally enabled, actionable strategies. He brings more than 25 years of experience in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, digital risk management and cybersecurity advisory. Ghazi is known for his deep client relationships, technical knowledge and experience, and his ability to lead high-impact risk conversations with clarity and precision. He will continue to play a pivotal role in delivering integrated, high-quality solutions across RSM’s risk portfolio.
