Great Place to Work® Names RSM One of the 2020 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services

CHICAGO – (April 28, 2020) – Great Place to Work has honored RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – as one of its 2020 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services.

The ranking is representing more than 357,000 employees working in the consulting and/or professional services industry in the United States. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback, and reward companies that best include all employees, regardless of who they are or what they do for their organizations.

Based on employee feedback collected from the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey, 90% of employees at RSM US LLP say it is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical US-based company. Additional feedback shows that:

• 95% of the people at RSM feel they are given a lot of responsibility.
• 95% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
• 94% say that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.
• 93% say they are given the resources and equipment to do their jobs.
