Construction Executive Ranks RSM No. 2 on Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms List
CHICAGO – (August 22, 2019) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – was recently ranked No. 2 by Construction Executive on the publication’s Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms list, an inaugural ranking of U.S. accounting firms with dedicated construction practices.
Construction Executive determined rankings by collecting data from hundreds of the nation’s accounting firms, including 2018 revenues from each firm’s construction practice; numbers of CPA’s in respective construction practices; percentage of each firm’s total revenues from construction; number of construction clients in 2018; number of office locations with a construction accounting practice; number of employees with CCIFP certification; and the year the construction accounting practice was established. The ranking was then determined by an algorithm that weighted these factors in descending order of importance.
