Ryan Corcoran has almost 15 years of experience in tax accounting methods and periods. As a subject matter expert, Ryan is diligent about bringing best practices and new methodologies to RSM US LLP clients. He delivers specialized assistance to clients determining tax implications, new revenue standards, and go-to-market strategies.
Ryan is skilled at assessing tax practices and industry trends to develop specific business considerations for clients. As part of RSM’s Washington National Tax office, he partners with specialized industry teams and clients across the country to navigate through accounting method considerations and potential legislative developments and their impact on an enterprise; he also educates on emerging technical issues. He is well-versed in organizing cross-communication methods, scope management, and process development.
Ryan is passionate about sharing knowledge. He has published numerous articles in industry journals. As a thought leader, he is driven to expand knowledge surrounding trends in public accounting as well as demonstrate the value of public accounting as a career path for individuals.
