For over 20 years, Lorry has helped organizations create business continuity and compliant payroll practices through process optimization. She leads a team of consultants providing best practice and administrative payroll processing services across multiple industries. Lorry is a goal-oriented leader with a passion for helping organizations achieve their objectives through improvements in process design. Defining strategic priorities and operational execution for RSM’s payroll services division, Lorry has built and now leads an exemplary managed payroll practice. Lorry challenges and supports her team to pursue career development goals, and she is motivated by their success and engagement as they work to achieve amazing results for clients.

A certified payroll professional (CPP), Lorry has provided payroll management and functional knowledge to clients for the majority of her career. From her roles as operations director at an advocacy/lobbying firm, implementation and client services manager at a professional employer organization (PEO), through stepping into an executive leadership role in payroll services, her extensive experience working with subject matter experts has equipped her with the knowledge to identify gaps in processes and design effective solutions to business needs.

Lorry works to empower her team to problem-solve payroll challenges and guide clients to achieve the business transformation they are looking for. She champions clients and her internal team, fostering a work environment that allows RSM consultants to use their skills, build their strengths and pursue continued education.

Lorry best puts her experience to work for RSM clients by developing her team of consultants to achieve payroll compliance, control, continuity and data security. She understands that this allows clients to focus on business growth, employee experience and achievement of goals. Lorry and her team of professional payroll consultants have global experience across various industries that translates to the knowledge they share generously in supporting clients.

In her free time, Lorry supports community outreach, child wellness and animal welfare organizations. She and her family are involved with Anne Arundel County's local parks and recreation clean projects, SPCA of Anne Arundel County, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and provide supplies to local animal shelters.
