Andrew Fedele is a director in RSM US LLP’s transaction advisory services practice, where he advises buyers and sellers as they navigate the mergers and acquisitions process.  

In 2023, Andrew was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. His focus as an analyst in the program is on the technology, media and telecommunications industry. Andrew is based in San Francisco, California.

Andrew has more than 13 years of professional experience advising middle market clients on accounting, finance and business processes, with the past decade focused on providing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services.

In his work on transaction matters, Andrew focuses on the quality and sustainability of earnings, debt and debt-like items, working capital, deal advisory and purchase agreements, post-closing purchase price mechanisms, carve-out transactions and other issues.

Andrew is a firm believer that learning is a lifelong journey. He consistently strives to improve his understanding of how economic trends affect his clients and incorporates his knowledge into successfully guiding clients through the mergers and acquisitions process.

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid cyclist and traveler. He has biked from San Francisco to Los Angeles twice for charity and has visited more than 50 countries.
