RSM Receives Handshake's Early Talent Award

CHICAGO – (March 26, 2021) – RSM US LLP (RSM) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to have recently received an Early Talent Award (ETA) from Handshake, a leading site for college students to find jobs.

Handshake’s ETAs is an annual awards program recognizing employers for best-in-class digital engagement programs. In its first year, more than 500,000 employers were evaluated, with 120 best-in-class early talent recruiting programs across 12 industries – from accounting to banking to manufacturing to technology – being selected as this year’s winners.   

Recognitions acknowledge “the visionaries and innovators that set the stage for what 21st century engagement should look like,” and were awarded based on four key indicators, from March 1 to December 31, 2020:

• Student interest: total number of job views compared to all jobs posted,
• Message engagement: number of clicks per distinct message recipient,
• Brand resonance: number of distinct applicants per job impression, and
• Virtual event participation: registrants per virtual job fair/event.

According to Handshake, early talent is going through an unprecedented time in their lives. Handshake wants to surface the employers overcoming shared present-day challenges to forge a sustainable path for this next generation of leaders.
