Consulting service lines

The Data and Digital Services team crafts tailor-made software solutions to suit the client's unique business needs. They also improve efficiency & reduce risk across the finance and accounting landscape and improve the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes. They also resolve client data challenges, derive insights from their data through strategy, governance, centralization, and operational/descriptive analytics to create a streamlined, more automated, reporting source of truth.

The risk consulting team works with clients to establish a holistic, strategic approach to risk management, analysis, management, and governance and proactively addresses risk issues in ways right for our client's unique business.

The Business Applications team assists clients with the evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of their ERP systems.
Ideal candidate: accounting, MIS, IT, industrial engineering, computer science, economics, operations & supply chain, business administration

The Financial Consulting team assists clients across many complex financial situations and decisions including acquisitions or expansions to litigation matters or financial disputes. The team specializes in helping organizations manage major transitions and accounting issues, while mitigating threats that can pose significant risks.
Ideal candidate: accounting, forensic accounting, business administration, finance

The Strategy and Management consulting team offers a range of services, from assessments and improvements to complete transformations and project and program management.
Ideal candidate: business, finance, technology, operations, engineering, human resources, management & organization

The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team provides buy-side and sell-side financial, tax, and operational due diligence services to private equity firms and strategic companies. TAS assists either the buyer or the seller in their financial evaluation of the target entity’s overall operations during a merger and acquisition transaction. This includes evaluating their financial performance, finance and accounting function, and assisting with the overall purchase process.
Ideal candidate: accounting major or double accounting and finance

The Managed IT, Cloud & Infrastructure team helps companies continue operations and maintain essential back-office functions by providing cost savings, proactively implementing best practices, and staying aligned with current trends and technologies.
Ideal candidate: MIS, computer science, or other IT related major

What to expect:

At RSM, our campus recruiting process typically starts at the beginning of both the fall and spring semesters.
We host various recruiting events during this time, providing students with the opportunity to connect with recruiters and network with professionals. These events are a great way to learn more about RSM, and we highly encourage students to attend and engage.
