Voluntary Provident Fund: The Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) allows employees to save on taxes and enhance their retirement savings by voluntarily contributing a portion of their salary to their VPF account. 

Flexi Pay: Employees can elect for benefits within their existing gross pay to take advantage of more tax-saving benefits.

• Meal coupons: Meal coupons can provide tax benefits to employees by serving as nontaxable fringe benefits, effectively lowering their tax liabilities and simultaneously offering a solution that can be used in grocery stores and online food and grocery delivery apps.
• Flexi PF: In the flexi pay module, one can increase their VPF amount to 12% while keeping their gross pay constant to take advantage of tax-saving benefits.

• Group medical coverage: The group medical policy includes hospitalization expenses for employees, spouses, three dependent children and two dependent parents, with a floater and outpatient coverage per family, ensuring comprehensive protection. 
• Teleconsultation: The Global Health Complete app is available on Google Play and in the Apple app store to help you connect and consult with licensed doctors worldwide via telecall or video. You can schedule an appointment from anywhere worldwide, 24 hours a day.
