Bonuses: Build financial security for years to come. Most employees are eligible for annual bonuses or incentive compensation programs and often earn referral bonuses for new colleagues who are hired by the firm.

Voluntary Provident Fund: The Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) allows employees to save on taxes and enhance their retirement savings by voluntarily contributing a portion of their salary to their VPF account. 

Flexi Pay: he Flexi Pay program allows you to allocate a portion of your salary towards benefits such as meal coupons, leave travel allowance (LTA), telephone allowance, child education allowance, child hostel allowance, National Pension System (NPS) and Flexi PF (employer contribution of 12%). You can restructure your gross pay via the ADP Flexi Pay portal to introduce these tax-saving components.

Group personal accident policy: Full-time employees are eligible for a sum insured base benefit of three times annual gross pay in case of death or accidental bodily injury leading to permanent or temporary disability. The coverage also provides partial payout for medical expenses and children’s education (as per terms and conditions).

Group term life: Full-time employees are eligible for a sum insured base benefit of three times annual gross pay in case of death, with addon benefits for up to 30 critical illnesses. To further enhance protection, employees can opt for voluntary top-up plans, allowing them to increase their term life insurance coverage based on personal requirements.

Consumer discounts: Through our corporate discount site, our people enjoy discounts on various products, including recreation, travel and many other goods and services.

  • Group medical coverage: The group medical policy covers the expenses of hospitalization of the insured persons due to sickness or accidents. The policy covers room rent, medicines, surgery, and more for hospital care. Expenses for modern treatment that does not require 24-hours hospitalization are also covered. The policy covers employees, their spouses, three dependent children, and two dependent parents or parent-in-law. To ensure adequate coverage, a floater sum insured of 10 Lakhs is provided for inpatient care and 10,000 rupees for outpatient care per family. Additionally, employees have the option to enhance their coverage by choosing from a range of voluntary plans, allowing them to increase their sum insured based on individual needs.
  • Teleconsultation: The Global Health Complete app is available on Google Play and Apple App Store to help you connect and consult with licensed doctors worldwide via phone call or video. You can schedule an appointment from anywhere worldwide, 24 hours a day. 
  • Employee annual health checkup: SM offers annual health checkups for full-time employees to support employees’ health. Employees can access the complete set of health checkup benefits including blood test, x-rays and dental exams regardless of age. Employees can choose between an in-clinic health checkup or a hybrid model based on their preference and will receive a detailed health report following the checkup, allowing for early detection and preventive action. 
  • Employee assistant program: As an employee, you and your family can access free, confidential assistance with any work, personal or family issue, covering areas like managing workplace pressure, couples’ support and more.

  • Holidays: RSM provides all permanent employees with ten (10) paid holidays, one (1) wellbeing day and two (2) floating holidays.
