Our STAR (Stewardship, Teamwork, Advancement and Retention of women) employee network group (ENG) supports women by promoting advocacy and mentorship, and providing professional development for our members and allies. Through the STAR ENG, our employees are given the opportunity to participate in networking, business development and skills growth as well as recruiting for campus and experienced professionals.
