Teresa Dunne is RSM US LLP’s enterprise strategy execution leader. She is responsible for collaborating with the firm’s leaders on the evolution and execution of RSM’s firmwide strategy.

Teresa Dunne is RSM US LLP’s enterprise strategy execution leader. She is responsible for collaborating with the firm’s leaders on the evolution and execution of RSM’s firmwide strategy.
As enterprise strategy execution leader, Teresa collaborates with leaders from RSM’s lines of business, industries, channels and other business units on the evolution and execution of RSM’s firmwide strategy. In her role, she owns the process and accountability for the execution of the firm’s strategy, including organizational alignment, scorecard management, strategy reviews and initiative management. She also helps design and execute the strategic planning process. Teresa is a member of the strategy leadership team and the strategic planning committee.
Since joining RSM in 2011, Teresa served as the tax strategy execution leader before moving into her current role. She also served as the second National Birdies Fore Love leader in 2014 and 2015, helping to create this successful program. Additionally, she was a member of the RSM Foundation Board from 2017–2020 and chaired the disaster relief committee during that time. Teresa is involved with the STAR, Family First and VALOR employee network groups and is committed to her community by volunteering with the Christ Child Society Guild and Catholic Charities of Washington, D.C.
Teresa is passionate about mentoring others and helping her colleagues succeed. She strives to have a positive impact on her associates and clients through strategic excellence, effective execution of initiatives and making measurable progress toward achieving the firm’s strategy. Her skills include relationship building, innovative thinking and business understanding. She also is able to anticipate the impacts of strategic choices.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband and their two children. She enjoys listening to music, traveling and playing golf.
