Tasia Justilien is a director in business applications at RSM. She specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for public sector health and human services organizations. She has more than 13 years of experience delivering customer relationship management and case management solutions. Her work focuses on helping state and local agencies modernize operations, improve service delivery and support complex programs.
In her current role, Tasia leads and supports the design, configuration and delivery of public sector solutions for state and county clients, particularly in disease surveillance, case management and related health program operations. She has served in leadership and solution delivery roles spanning solution architecture, business analysis, functional design, configuration oversight, testing coordination and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes large-scale implementations for public health agencies, where she has helped bridge business needs and technical delivery while guiding teams through requirements, validation and deployment activities.
Tasia also has extensive experience developing technical documentation, user guides and implementation artifacts that support adoption and long-term use. Earlier in her career, she worked with nonprofit organizations to design and implement solutions for donation and grant management.
