Steve Smiley leverages over 30 years of functional experience in all areas of supply chain, including procurement, distribution, operations, transportation, and sales and operations planning. Steve’s senior-level leadership and industry knowledge in supply chain are derived from his direct experience in many industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer products, food and distribution.
As an operations and supply chain consultant for the past eight years, Steve has led many successful engagements in which the team identified and implemented solutions that realized multimillion-dollar profitability and improved earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA).
Prior to working in consulting, Steve held several supply chain leadership roles with well-known organizations. In addition to his consulting and industry experience, he founded and later sold a transportation company.
