Steve focuses on understanding current and forward-looking trends impacting family offices, and positioning the family office practice to best meet the evolving needs of the market through the development of talent, solutions and technology.
Steve has more than 30 years of experience developing professional services practices and leading transformation both domestically and internationally. He spends considerable time working with families that are exploring the formation of a family office and with existing family offices to understand their challenges, share insights, explore performance improvement options and ultimately codevelop clear roadmaps to achieve objectives.
