Rick Lich, RSM US LLP partner for technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) assurance services, has worked with the firm for 13 years. As the leader of RSM’s VALOR (Veterans and Allies Leading Outreach) employee network group (ENG), Rick champions the recruitment, retention and advancement of veterans, active and reserve military members, and their families across RSM and its local communities.
