Pat Petersen develops tailored training and change-management strategies to promote adoption of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Contact Center for RSM US LLP clients. He bridges technical capabilities with business goals, driving innovation and operational efficiency. Pat has deep knowledge of team leadership, morale building, strategic planning and adaptability. He is skilled in requirements gathering, building governance and best-practice configuration standards around Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, and transforming user- and use-case-driven needs into training, enablement and operational success.
Pat has experience leading the development of governance and best-practice standards for Teams-centric and other M365 collaboration technologies. In addition, his background as an educator and trainer in public education and Microsoft has allowed him to hone his ability to translate technical systems into effective learning experiences. Pat has a focus on productivity workloads within Microsoft 365, including Teams, Groups, SharePoint, Planner and Stream. He also has extensive experience in delivering customer immersion experiences (CIEs) and customized training for clients.
