Mike Korzonkiewicz has 25 years of accounting experience much of which was obtained from working at a Big Four accounting firm focused on the aerospace and defense industry. His experience includes providing technical accounting, financial reporting and other transactional support in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, accounting policy conversions, and implementations and restatements. In a prior role, he was an audit partner who led financial statement audits of large multinational public companies as well as nonpublic entities.
Mike has specifically worked with several of the prime contractors on adoption of the new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606), inventory costing and impairment considerations for long-lived assets and goodwill.
