Lorraine focuses on employment tax consulting, advising clients on reorganizations, global tax compliance, payroll audits, multistate worker reclassification and wage/hour issues, as well as payroll process, conflict resolution and systems reengineering. She has advised clients in several industries, with a particular focus on major retail chains and staffing companies. Her clients are multistate, both public and private.
Prior to joining RSM, Lorraine served as the employment tax practice leader at a Big Four firm and as a tax manager at another Big Four. Earlier in her career, she worked in the information services and apparel retailing sectors. In these positions, she oversaw tax systems implementation projects with liaison responsibility to third-party service providers for unemployment cost control.
