Leslie Stackpole is RSM’s corporations capability leader for tax. Prior to that, she was the managing partner of the Los Angeles office. She has served clients in various industries, including technology, health care, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate and construction.
Leslie has almost 30 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to clients, including 12 years with Big Four accounting firms. Leslie has extensive experience serving large multinational corporations and dealing with a variety of corporate and partnership tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, global tax planning and compliance, accounting for income taxes and accounting methods.
