Joseph S. Cascio is RSM US LLP’s chief accountant and a partner in the firm’s national professional standards group. His focus is on accounting standards and Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. He advises RSM clients on complex accounting matters and oversees the firm’s accounting/SEC manuals, tools, templates, training and assurance thought leadership.

Joseph is formerly a partner at a Big Four firm with over 30 years of experience. He led firmwide audit initiatives, including PCAOB/IAASB reporting changes, and specialized in financial instruments and revenue recognition. His practice focused on major financial services clients.
