Jim Klimkowski is a principal at RSM US LLP and national leader of the data and digital solutions consulting service line. He is responsible for sales, delivery, and profit and loss of data-related services, custom development/system integration, and digital point solutions capabilities across North America. Jim also leads all consulting services across nine states in RSM’s Great Lakes region. These service lines include management consulting, business applications, managed services, data and digital solutions, risk consulting, financial consulting and transaction advisory services.  

Jim has 30 years of experience developing and delivering technology-inspired solutions to solve complex business problems for the middle market and Fortune 1000 companies. A frequent speaker and trained facilitator, he has led countless strategy and innovation sessions for clients in the professional services, retail, consumer and industrial products, technology, financial services, and state and local government industries.

Jim is well-versed in a variety of areas, including business intelligence, enterprise transformation, advanced analytics, data migration and integration, corporate performance management, IT strategy and RSM Rapid Assessment®, ERP and CRM, emerging technologies, process reengineering and management consulting.
