Jeremy Zabel is a partner in RSM’s assurance services practice and serves as the firm’s National Healthcare Audit Industry Leader. He advises healthcare and health insurance organizations on complex accounting, audit and business matters, including transactions, financial planning, and regulatory requirements. In his role, he also leads strategy, growth planning, and service innovation for the firm’s healthcare sectors.
Jeremy provides services to specialized and related industries, including healthcare and health insurance. He has over 26 years of experience in providing advice, consultation and assurance services to health systems, hospitals, clinics, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), foundations, health insurance companies, and other related organizations.
In addition to audit and accounting matters, Jeremy has assisted clients with mergers, acquisitions, business-line analysis, debt capacity and debt issuance, budgeting, feasibility studies, third-party reimbursement, National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) statutory codification and various other management decisions.
Jeremy serves as our National Healthcare Audit Industry Leader and also leads our Children’s Hospital sector. These roles include setting strategy on resource investment, growth planning, and our focus on service innovation.
Jeremy has developed and taught internal and external educational courses on topics related to the healthcare and health insurance industries.
