Jadyn Kist is a senior associate in RSM US LLP’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) advisory practice with extensive experience in stakeholder mapping, communication, and outreach; materiality assessments and matrices; and data aggregation and reporting.
Jadyn works with clients in the private sector across North America to develop ESG reporting abilities and strategies. Her responsibilities include developing tracking and reporting processes for industry-specific data aligned to ESG metrics and issues; and communicating with internal and external organizational stakeholders to collect data used to develop materiality matrices for ESG reporting. She works closely with clients and their data to assist in aligning their reports to investor and regulatory expectations and ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including those of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures.
Prior to joining RSM, Jadyn served as a sustainability consultant, specializing in survey development and stakeholder engagement for a company in the technology industry. She worked with an industry mentor to gain experience gathering and organizing data from stakeholders and assisting the company in setting specific ESG targets and action plans in order to bring them closer to achieving their sustainability goals.
