Iva Landeck is a director in RSM’s management consulting CFO advisory practice, with extensive experience assisting organizations with their finance strategy, target operating model design, business process improvement and transformation initiatives. Iva leads the delivery of complex cross-functional programs, post-close integration or separation, and specializes in financial close and reporting excellence.
Iva advises private and public companies on improving their finance and accounting functions by evaluating their challenges and recommending solutions across people, process, data and technology that will result in accurate and timely reporting and analytics to enable strategic business decisions. Collaborating with operational, finance and information technology (IT) leaders, Iva ensures the enterprise value is being maximized through a holistic transformation approach that is business-led and technology-enabled. Iva also has prior assurance experience and is an active certified public accountant.
