Heather Elliott is a director at RSM US LLP who provides delivery project management for a variety of projects across the nation. Highly independent, organized, energized and detail-oriented, Heather has worked in the project management field for 10 years.
Heather earned a master’s degree in project management and uses the knowledge and tools she gained to build client relationships and deliver client satisfaction. She leads the firm’s project management team, which supports a variety of projects across the assurance, tax and consulting lines of business. Heather specializes in management of the scope, timeline and budget of multiple projects at a time, serving as a main point of communication among multiple stakeholders and team members and as an escalation point of contact when necessary. In her leadership role, she is responsible for team development, reporting, growth, relationship building, effective communication, identifying the correct resources for opportunities and managing those opportunities.
