Elizabeth “EJ” Jackson is a senior manager in the transfer pricing practice at RSM US LLP. Since 2017 she has worked with clients on various aspects of transfer pricing, including intercompany pricing planning, documentation, implementation, advance pricing agreements (APAs) and audit defense.
EJ’s provides transfer pricing services involving tangible property, intangible property and services for companies in various industries, including health care, software and technology, engineering, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. She has clients located globally and transaction experience in various jurisdictions. She is RSM’s transfer pricing health care industry lead and leads the firm’s China practice from a transfer pricing perspective.
EJ frequently collaborates closely with international RSM member firms to manage and deliver large-scale global transfer pricing documentation projects. She also assists clients in constructing cost allocation methodologies for the recharge of intragroup services and advises on the implementation of transfer pricing policies.
