Debby is passionate about helping organizations realize long‑term value from their business applications. She builds and leads multidisciplinary teams that deliver lifecycle support across enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), people platforms, service management and member management systems—ensuring clients move forward with confidence as their systems expand and mature.
She and her teammates maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Salesforce, advising clients on managing industry‑leading platforms. These ecosystem relationships consistently result in RSM’s recognition as a top provider, and Debby’s MAS operating model aligns delivery, continuous updates and adoption to ensure year‑round platform value.
Earlier in her career, Debby served at a national technology consulting firm acquired by RSM in 2015, where she led the support team and gained a deep perspective on the competitive Microsoft environment across tech stacks. She began her career as a software developer, working with technologies from organizations such as SAP and Oracle before specializing in managed services for ERP and CRM platforms.
As national leader of MAS, Debby oversees services for Microsoft Dynamics products—including Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central and Customer Engagement—as well as Oracle NetSuite. She collaborates closely with implementation and consulting teams to provide clients with a seamless lifetime application support experience. A key part of her leadership approach includes ensuring clients are matched with the right RSM specialists and that team members receive the training, tools and governance needed to deliver consistent results across industries.
Debby received the Women in Technology Award in 2023 and serves as her office’s executive sponsor for STAR, RSM’s employee network that seeks to understand and improve the working experience of women professionals. She is committed to supporting women in engineering roles and is an active mentor within the firm.
