Debby has more than 17 years of experience in the managed services space and has worked in enterprise resource planning her entire career. Prior to RSM, she served a national technology consulting firm that was acquired by RSM in 2015. In that role, she led the support team and learned extensively about the competitive Microsoft terrain among tech stacks. Debby started her career as a software developer and has worked with technologies from a range of companies, including SAP and Oracle.
As national leader of RSM’s managed application services, she provides services for Microsoft Dynamics Products (Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central, Client Engagement, Great Plains) as well as Oracle products (NetSuite). Debby’s team works side by side with the implementation and consulting teams to provide clients with a seamless lifetime application support experience. Debby ensures clients are paired with the right RSM team members, and that team members obtain proper support, training and tools from RSM.
Debby enjoys being faced with a complex problem that requires analysis from multiple angles. She is never satisfied with the status quo and is always looking for ways to better streamline people, processes and systems. Managed services relationships require an enormous trust factor and Debby is deeply invested in the long-lasting relationships with her clients to serve as their first-choice and trusted advisor.
Debby participates in the firm’s culture, diversity and inclusion efforts as Denver’s executive sponsor for STAR, RSM’s employee network group supporting women professionals. She is passionate about increasing the number of women in engineering roles and she is engaged in RSM’s recruitment process. She also serves as a mentor primarily to women in the firm.
Debby met her husband, who is British, on a six-month work project in England that wound up lasting five years. They love experiencing new places and have traveled together throughout Europe. Debby is a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos.
