Dave Cash has over 17 years of experience serving companies in the life sciences sector, specifically pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research organizations as well as other companies supporting the life sciences industry. As the firm’s life sciences assurance industry leader, Dave is instrumental in driving the development and growth of RSM’s national life sciences practice related to firmwide initiatives.
In overseeing all phases of financial and operational engagements, Dave has total responsibility for servicing small to large closely held corporations and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. He has extensive experience assisting clients with SEC filings, including for initial public offerings as well as follow-on debt and equity offerings.
Dave is passionate about the life sciences community and its pivotal role in improving people’s health and quality of life. He is committed to growing the life sciences practice within RSM and to mentoring our people.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as golfing, boating and fishing.
