He advanced through hands-on delivery roles, serving as a solution architect and program manager on complex D365 engagements before moving into practice leadership. This foundation provides him with direct insight into implementation challenges and what it takes to successfully deliver large-scale transformations.
His technical experience spans Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Darryl oversees engagements and collaborates with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy, maintaining accountability for delivery from scoping through go-live.
