Cody Roth is a principal at RSM US LLP, with 20 years of consulting, financial and operational experience across a variety of industries and business functions, focused primarily on software companies, private equity, process improvement, operating models and transformation.

Cody drives execution and value creation by leveraging strong transformation experience and skills to help organizations develop and implement their vision and strategic roadmap, focusing primarily on strategy, operations, data, process, technology and people.

Before joining RSM, Cody worked for a private equity firm in portfolio operations, where he specialized in the software and technology sector. He also held roles at an investment bank and various consulting firms.
