Christina Churchill is the enterprise operations leader for RSM US LLP (RSM). She leads and integrates a broad portfolio of operational functions and aligns operational activities with enterprise-wide goals. Christina drives operational excellence, leads transformation initiatives and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all reporting functions. She is a member of the Operations Leadership Team (OLT) and chairs the Profit Allocation Committee.
Prior to her current role, Christina served as a management consultant at RSM. She worked in the manufacturing and financial services industries, with extensive experience in private equity groups and family offices. Christina focuses on planning, executing and delivering operational improvement projects for middle market companies. She works with project owners to optimize process efficiency, performance and profitability through technology. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing financial transformation, planning and analysis solutions, and operational process improvements.
A passionate, team-oriented leader, Christina possesses versatile skills spanning human resources, benefits and payroll processes, as well as operational procedures, IT and accounting. She has cultivated and maintained meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams, empowering them to succeed and excel personally and professionally.
Christina previously served on the RSM US LLP Board of Directors. She has served on a variety of RSM committees to help develop the next generation of leaders, particularly in technology. Christina was recognized for her leadership skills as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2020 Women Leaders in Technology and 2024 Top Consultants Diversity Champion.
