Brett Friedman, a dedicated audit and consulting professional at RSM US LLP, has been actively involved in the firm’s culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) efforts since 2014. His journey began with the conceptualization of the ¡HOLA! employee network group (ENG) during a pivotal meeting in Miami, where he collaborated with colleagues to shape its name and vision.

Over the years, Brett has served on the ¡HOLA! ENG’s partner advisory board and steering committee, shaping its direction and success. As a lifetime member of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), and a former president of its Miami chapter, Brett has had the unique opportunity to serve as RSM’s liaison for all ALPFA-related affairs. Since partnering with ALPFA, its annual convention has become the ENG’s signature professional networking event.

Bringing more than 25 years of expertise in audit and consulting across diverse industries, with a particular focus on governmental and nonprofit clients, Brett leads the Florida public sector launch team. Additionally, he serves as partner for the national state and local government industry team.
