Brandon Braganza is a partner in RSM’s management consulting service line and leads the chief financial officer advisory practice across the U.S. and Canada. Brandon is an experienced finance leader and has spent over 12 years advising his clients on finance functions through their transformation journeys, inclusive of process and controls optimization; chart of account review and redesign; system, data and architecture assessment and selection; enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management system implementations; and accounting regulatory/standards adoption.

Brandon also serves as RSM’s private equity business transformation leader and advises his clients’ senior management teams, as well as their respective ownership groups (private equity and non-private equity alike), through their modernization initiatives. Brandon is one of RSM’s integrated delivery leaders within the firm and has extensive experience bringing the full capabilities of RSM to help support clients as they navigate transformation and digitization. Brandon also has prior experience at two Big Four firms in Toronto, as well as industry experience as a financial controller and manager of finance and accounting.
