Ben Vollmer is a seasoned leader in consulting, sales, product development and management who leads growth and product strategy for the Power Factory at RSM US LLP. He helps enterprise organizations reduce operational complexity, accelerate digital transformation and realize measurable return on investment from artificial intelligence and business applications. Throughout his career, Ben has focused on a single question: how can technology help customers achieve their business goals faster?

Ben works at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution and customer success. Whether scaling a product line or advising on digital transformation, he evaluates outcomes based on customer results rather than feature releases.

Before joining RSM in March 2024 to lead growth and product strategies for the Power Factory, Ben held senior leadership roles across the enterprise applications ecosystem. Most recently at a technology organization, he served as senior vice president of product management, guiding global teams that delivered enterprise service solutions and helped scale IFS Cloud from an emerging platform to hundreds of enterprise customers in asset-intensive industries.

Previously, Ben spent 16 years at Microsoft shaping the strategy for Dynamics 365 Field Service. He helped develop the solution from concept into a market-leading offering by working closely with customers to streamline field operations, reduce truck rolls and improve first-time fix rates and technician productivity. Earlier in his career, he led consulting efforts at a technology solutions and services company, helping build one of the first national Microsoft Business Applications  partners and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple regions.
