Amelia works predominantly with technology, media and private equity-backed businesses. She supports finance teams facing constraints over time, resources or skills—particularly in areas of compliance, advice on changes in accounting standards or financial reporting support following transactions.
She is passionate about being involved in the technology industry and speaking to dynamic, entrepreneurial people in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Of notable interest to her is the convergence of media and technology—and how it shapes behavior, culture and commercial models.
Amelia undertook a four-month secondment to ITV, which gave her first-hand insight into the operational, commercial and governance challenges of a large listed media group. Outside of work, she serves on the board of the Blackpool Grand Theatre, where she has developed practical insights into funding structures and stakeholder management within the sector.
She is thrilled to have been selected for RSM’s Industry Eminence Program in 2026 and looks forward to building her profile, expanding her network and using this experience to help drive new opportunities for RSM.
