RSM’s Pursue Your Passion Program Makes Dreams Come True

CHICAGO – (January 28, 2025) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – has recognized 10 of the firm’s people through its 10^th annual Pursue Your Passion program. Through the program, RSM helps the dreams of 10 of its people come true each year by providing those individuals with $100,000 USD total and additional time off to pursue their personal passions.  

Since the firm’s 90^th anniversary in 2016, RSM has been encouraging its people to apply for a chance to live out their dreams through the firm’s Pursue Your Passion program. The popularity of the program inspired firm leaders to continue the program annually, with a new group of employees pursuing their passions every year. A team of employees and owners from across the firm selects each year’s winners.

RSM’s 2025 Pursue Your Passion winners are:

• Gabriela Escobar (financial consulting manager; San Salvador) – Fulfilling her dream of building a shop for her aunt, combining passion with family
• Jason St. Pierre (assurance associate; Irvine, CA) – Embarking on a journey to hike the Pacific Crest Trail
• Jeddah Dapapa (tax manager; Toronto) – Preserving Filipino music and heritage, sharing cultural richness with the community
• Joe Bailey (CATT manager; Portland) – Transforming his passion for baking into a thriving home bakery
• Kristy Rucker (communications director; Cincinnati) – Combining her love of photography with her support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities
• Manav Chugh (assurance associate; Gurugram) – Launching a financial literacy program to empower communities
• Momoko O’Leary (paralegal; Chicago) – Documenting his family history, creating a legacy for future generations
• Nicole Cox (consulting manager; Kansas City) – Organizing a wellness retreat to rejuvenate mind and body for women in her community
• Oleg Glubochansky (consulting director; Seattle) – Chasing aviation dreams through advanced flying lessons
• Sheridan King (national recruiting director; Raleigh) – Diving deeper into her photography passion by capturing the essence of the western lifestyle through a new and immersive experience
