CHICAGO – (February 2, 2024) – Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recently partnered to determine America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024, which included RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market.
America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 recognizes the greatest workplaces in the U.S. by their performance related to diversity. The related study involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions/interviews with HR professionals and confidential online surveys conducted among employees from companies that employed more than 500 employees in 2023. For the scoring of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024, only employers that employ more than 1,000 employees were considered.
Respondents provided insights about their impressions of corporate culture, working conditions and other aspects of their employers. The study incorporates more than 223,000 employee interviews across the U.S. and collected more than 1.5 million comprehensive company reviews, making America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 one of America’s largest independent employee surveys.
The survey analyzed the importance of 58 individual aspects of eight overarching topic areas including compensation & benefits, training & career progression, working environment, proactive management of a diverse workforce, company image, sustainability & awareness, work-life balance and corporate culture.
RSM is joined by Bank of America, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and other notable companies on this prestigious list.
