Forbes Names RSM to America’s Best Large Employers List for 2024
2024 marks RSM’s second consecutive year on prestigious list
CHICAGO – (March 7, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – was recently named by Forbes to its list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2024.
Forbes’ annual ranking, produced in partnership with market research firm Statista, is the result of a survey of employees at American companies. Organizations with more than 5,000 employees were considered large (the category into which RSM fell). Survey respondents were asked to rate their employers, and if they would recommend them to others.
Responses were given by current employees, employees who had worked for their companies within the past two years, and individuals familiar with the companies through friends, family and/or peers in their industries. Greater weight was given to evaluations from current and former employees. New to the methodology this year was the inclusion of data from the past three years – with more recent data weighted more heavily – to better identify companies that have been rated well consistently over time.
All survey responses were tallied to produce a score for each company, and the 1,000 organizations with the highest scores landed on the final lists – 400 on America’s Best Midsize Employers 2024 and 600 on America’s Best Large Employers 2024.
RSM is in good company, joining Apple, Google, Microsoft, NASA, Trader Joe’s, Workday and other large employers on this prestigious list.
