The filing instructions released earlier this month for Forms 706 and 709 indicated a change in the mailing address. Previously, these returns had been filed at the Cincinnati, OH office. However, based upon the effective filing date noted in the chart below, Forms 706 and 709 must be filed at the applicable address noted below:
