Rural Health Transformation (RHT) funding moves fast, and the significant leadership and oversight expectations that come with it can be unforgiving. During this live webinar, RSM professionals will share a practical, requirements-first approach to strengthening accountability, reducing execution risk and building sustainable program operations across the grant lifecycle. Topics will include:

  • Leadership accountability and execution risks, including common failure patterns, constraints and urgency drivers
  • Design a successful subrecipient technical assistance (TA) program and recognize state-level risks that can cause TA efforts to break down
  • Apply best practices for subrecipient monitoring and compliance, including audit-ready documentation and oversight processes that scale
  • Recognize leadership red flags and early warning indicators to protect outcomes, maximize funding and strengthen lifecycle oversight from award through closeout
