As part of our Virtual Health Care Day series, this fall event explores new health care policy changes, from executive orders, audits of the Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid funding and changes to subsidies of Affordable Care Act plans, plus other state and local tax exemptions.

Join our panel discussion on how recent policy changes in federal and state health care laws—including full-scale Medicare Advantage audits, evolving Medicaid funding models, and state-level responses to OBBBA—are significantly reshaping the health care landscape. This discussion will equip health care C-suite leaders with data-driven insights to foster system-wide collaboration, adopt innovative strategies to protect margins and identify new opportunities for financial growth in an increasingly complex regulatory and operational environment.

Learning objectives

By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the impact of recent executive orders on health care policy.
  • Describe the implications of full-scale Medicare Advantage audits and Medicaid funding changes.
  • Assess how ACA subsidy adjustments may affect payer mix and patient access.
  • Explain the ramifications of increased state-level scrutiny of tax-exempt health care organizations.
