In her current leadership role, Donna’s focus is to expand and leverage client understanding to differentiate RSM through client experience. She collaborates with colleagues across the enterprise to align core relationship management processes, rewards, metrics and talent. She also oversees the processes and systems used to deploy the firm’s skilled people across RSM’s global network to bring the full power of the firm to our clients and provide unrivaled talent experiences for our people. Working with strategic and operational leaders, she defines and develops consistent experiences at critical customer journey points, grounded in the deep understanding of our diverse and changing client population and our commitment to deliver lasting value through The Power of Being Understood.
Donna began her career as an auditor in 1988 at a firm that was part of an RSM acquisition and soon became an assurance partner serving health care entities.
Stewardship is important to Donna, and her role as chair of the RSM US Foundation Board of Directors helps fulfill her desire to give back. As board chair, she works to ensure that charitable dollars are invested in activities that serve youth by providing access to education, health resources, and housing.
During Donna’s 37-year career with RSM, she has invested time and energy in mentoring young women to become the next leaders of the firm. She is the national executive sponsor for the firm’s STAR employee network group.
In 2022, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants recognized Donna as a member of their inaugural class of Power of Change honorees for exhibiting extraordinary leadership, community involvement, mentorship, and innovation in women’s initiatives.
Outside of work, Donna is actively involved in the Cleveland community and enjoys gardening.
